2Appointment Booking & OPD Schedules

When booking an appointment via our online schedule:

• Slot Confirmation: Submitted appointments are integrated with clinical schedules. While every effort is made to adhere to your reserved 15-minute slot, emergency surgeries or hospital emergency procedures may occasionally cause schedule adjustments.
• Consultation Locations: Ensure you verify your chosen OPD location:
  • KIMS Hospitals (Secunderabad): Mon, Tue, Thu & Sat: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
  • Vaidya Poly Clinic (Madhapur): Wed & Fri: 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM | Sun: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM.
• Consultation Charges: Hospital registration fees and OPD consultation charges are payable at the hospital/clinic billing desk during your visit according to prevailing hospital fee schedules.

3Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your booked appointment, we kindly ask that you inform our clinic desk at least 2 to 4 hours in advance by calling:

4Accurate Patient Information

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information regarding your name, age, phone number, and email when requesting appointments or sending messages. Providing invalid contact information may prevent our medical desk from confirming your consultation.
